Property Clarity consultation terms

The service. A 60-minute video call on Google Meet about the property you describe when booking. The link is sent by email after booking.

Payment. The full fee of €150 is paid online when you book. Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete.

Rescheduling. You can move your consultation up to 24 hours before the start time, using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellation by you. Cancel more than 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or missed consultations, are not refunded.

Cancellation by us. If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.

Technical problems. If you have trouble connecting on the day, message us on WhatsApp at +39 333 294 4877. If a technical problem on either side prevents the consultation, we will find a new time together at no extra cost.

Timing. The consultation ends at the scheduled time, even if it starts late.

Right of withdrawal. When you book a date within 14 days, you ask for the service to be provided before the legal withdrawal period ends. Once the consultation has taken place, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Nature of the advice. The consultation offers design and presentation guidance based on the information and images you share. Decisions and any works carried out remain your responsibility and that of the professionals you engage.
