The Iconic Lodge sits above Bellagio, not inside it. Two rooms. No lobby, no crowds, no performance, just the hill, the woods, and a different relationship with Lake Como's most visited village, seen from above rather than from within.
At this altitude, Bellagio is quiet. From the terrace, the forest runs upward and the mountains of the opposite shore sit above the treeline, a view that has nothing to do with the postcard lake surface everyone else is photographing below. Around the Lodge, lake viewpoints reveal Como from angles most visitors never reach.
Guests walk where locals walk, return each evening to a space designed with restraint: one material, one palette, one point of view per room. Nothing is decorative for its own sake.
This is a property for guests who know what they don't want: noise, visibility, the predictable luxury of a larger hotel. Both rooms are soundproofed, privately accessed, and finished with specific attention to light, texture, and proportion.
