THE ICONIC LODGE

Returns and Refunds

Last updated: October 2026

This page summarises how returns and refunds work. The full rules are in our Terms of Sale (sections A6 and A7), which prevail if anything differs. Delivery rates and times are in section B2.

Changing your mind

If you buy as a private person, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive the item, or the day you collect it at the Lodge. For a consultation, they start on the day you book.

To withdraw, use the Withdraw from contract here link in the footer of every page, or write to info@theiconiclodge.com. We confirm by email.

Sending the item back

Return the item within 14 days of withdrawing, to The Iconic Lodge, Via Valassina 183, 22021 Bellagio (CO), Italy, or bring it to the Lodge.

  • From Italy or the rest of the European Union: the return is free for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Write to us and we send you a prepaid return label.
  • From other countries, or for items that are not unused: the cost of returning is yours.
  • Artworks and Uyuni lighting are collected at the Lodge, so they are returned there.

If an item comes back used, stained or damaged, we send you photos and deduct the loss in value, and the cost of the return label, from your refund.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your decision, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us, or until you show it has been sent.

What cannot be returned

  • Pieces made to your specifications, such as a cushion made to order.
  • A consultation that has been fully provided at your request within the 14 days.

If something is wrong with your item

If an item is faulty or not as described, the legal guarantee applies for two years from delivery, or from collection at the Lodge: we repair or replace it, or refund you. Shipping for these claims is at our expense. Write to info@theiconiclodge.com with a short description and, if possible, a photo.
